On a personal note, I grew up very simple, but was always very inquisitive. I find that the more questions you ask, the more you learn and are able to discern from whats right and wrong. Not just for yourself, but for your clients as well. I like to still think of myself in that way. At this stage of my life, I enjoy peace, quiet and tranquility when I am not working. One thing I have learned is to not believe everything you hear and read. As I learned early on, always be inquisitive. Don't trust everyone, until they have earned it.
On a Professional note, I have a reached a place where I can take on just about anything within my realm and feel like I can succeed.
When I'm not working for small startups, mini companies or Tier 1 Enterprise companies with over 200,000 people, I really am not into watching sports, unless its the finals, playoffs, Superbowl, World Series, etc.. When the weather is nice, I like to sit by my pool and just relax, I also love indulging in my passion for photography. its very satisfying to take a photo of a person or animal and instantly capture that moment of emotion or experience!
I love cruising, which may be hindered now with Covid-19. I enjoy peace and quiet more than anything else. Not necessarily alone, but that calmness that some will describe through meditation. I do of course have my own vices, and a good Scotch, Bourbon or good Tequila is always welcome.
However, there is nothing more satisfying or emotionally fulfilling than seeing my 4 girls grow up and mature to be brilliant, beautiful girls believing they can become anything they want to.

Global FDA Data Integrity Program Lead
Israel Heskiel was the Program Lead for the Strategic Data Integrity (FDA Title 21 CFR 11) compliance and audit program. Recruited to revive, restructure, and lead the program on a short timeline. Accountable to the senior global IT Leadership team and global senior business executives while directly reporting to the C Level executives. Led the Executive Steering and reporting efforts. Drafted the long-term strategic direction and roadmap for the program while embodying Agile methodologies. Interfaced with Executive sponsors on the agile project scope. Responsibilities included leading the cross-functional IT Program using Agile methodologies and ensuring Data Integrity and cGMP across all IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Clinical, R&D and Marketing functions. Performed mock internal inspections at the various global manufacturing, laboratories, and distribution center sites along with business counterparts to constantly improve the data Integrity. Worked with the Global Supply Chain and R&D groups to enhance business and manufacturing processes that involve technology components and lead the implementation. Directly led 4 program managers. Responsible for collaborating with the business executives while effectively problem-solving to create remediations. Leading the effort to ensure Data integrity along the cGmP and GxP practices. Acted as the single point of contact on behalf of IT to the Business and the Executive committee. Managed Budget and Resources for the multi-million-dollar program
Program Manager Office 365 Adoption Change Management
Israel Heskiel Created the Vision for the overall success of the program. Designed and implemented the Office 365 Adoption and installation Program. Program increased adoption of Office 365 products, such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, OneDrive and SharePoint from 4.9% to 54%. Presented and worked with Brand presidents and their Leadership teams as well as many other senior groups and functions. Helped define the foundation for the Employee IT Experience program. Acted as the SME and service owner for Office 365 on strategy and installation efforts. Helped identify risks and processes for upcoming Windows 10 refresh effort, while providing critical insight and experience in a Windows 10 migration.

Israel Heskiel Led the Windows 10 Program with a team of 10 PgM/PMs for the Programs/Projects incorporating many agile methodologies, improving efficiency of the teams. Designed Windows 10 and Office 365 Program structure and framework for multi-agency Windows 10 desktop and Office 365 upgrade. Developed Strategic vision and plan for the Program with the Chief of IT Infrastructure. Created and presented Executive dashboards to C-Suite executives with important metrics and KPIs. IT Transformation- Senior Program Manager Microsoft 365
Israel Heskiel was the Senior Program manager and Transformation lead for the Global IT Transformation project’s Office 365 initiative, while providing technical and strategic guidance. Led the program at the Executive level interfacing with the various operating company’s executives and Program managers. Established PM framework and governance across all Operating companies. Reviewed and approved all Project plan with subsidiary PMs. Migrating of over 260,000 mailboxes from almost every mail platform, including Exchange, Lotus Notes, Zimbra and Google to Office 365 as one of the most complex mail migrations to Office 365, due to constant M&A. Provided weekly reporting and dashboards to WPP’s executives, while providing technical expertise assistance to the Core team as needed. Completed migration target of 190,000 mailboxes within 10 months and under budget, spanning the 7 main industry-leading companies owned by WPP. Companies such as Ogilvy Mathers, Young and Rubicam, Grey, GroupM and Kantar, to name a few. Managing the decommissioning of legacy infrastructure and migration of legacy archives to Office 365.
Lead Collaboration Architect
Israel Heskiel was the Lead Collaboration and Social Media Architect/ Team Lead of 20 engineers and developers. Responsible for capacity planning, Visio diagrams, documentation including infrastructure design, Technical specification and build documents for environment of 47,000 users. Hands on Sr Engineering role in a mentoring capacity while training the teams to be agile and efficient.
Projects for IBM Sametime, IBM Connections and Jive 6 deployments in a 2 site High availability and Disaster Recovery model. Led the migration of the Enterprise social application to the new private Cloud
Global Messaging Architect
Israel Heskiel was the Global messaging migration to Office 365. Migration of Mail, applications, Active Directory (AD) and OCS for 83,000 users. Managed multiple work streams and mentored the project team. Managed the Shared mail and rooms and resources migration streams. Documented Shared mail migration process to Office 365 cloud for Microsoft and Aon. Efficiently lead the teams using common Agile methodology, improving the parallel streams efficiency. Managed the archiving and e-discovery effort while report to C-suite executives on all work streams. Documented and implemented many processes for global support and steady state operations.
